Hello, and thank you again for visiting my website. Here is a little blurb from an introduction a few years ago that I thought would explain a little about me and some of my Real Estate accomplishments:

"With eight years of new home sales experience, David has made a substantial contribution to the Reno/Sparks Real Estate market. As a Salesman, David sold over 500 new homes and closed over $200 million of Real Estate. In 2001 he was acknowledged with the prestigious "Salesman of the Year" award from the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. This extensive experience earned him the Sales Manager/Broker position with the largest builder in Northern Nevada. As a result, David supervised over 1,500 closings and managed 20 Real Estate Agents. As an Owner/Builder, he has built two custom homes, which has contributed to his wide-range of construction knowledge and building experience. Apart from his knowledge in Real Estate, David´s greatest qualities reside in his hard-working dedication to the client through personable, friendly and motivated service".
